Terms And Conditions
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms cover the Madaar website and the school platform. By using either one, you agree to them. If you are accepting for a school, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
Privacy PolicyThe Service
Madaar is a school management platform for admissions, attendance, academics, fees, communication, and related campus work. Features available to a school depend on the plan it is on. We may improve, add, or retire parts of the product, and we will not remove a core function a paying school relies on without a reasonable notice period.
Accounts
A school is responsible for the accounts it creates, the people it invites, and the activity under those accounts. Keep sign-in details private and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
You will give us accurate school and billing details. The school is responsible for the student, parent, and staff information it enters, and for having permission to store and use it in Madaar.
Acceptable Use
Use Madaar for running a school. Do not misuse the platform or try to get at another school’s data.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not probe, scan, or break the service, or go around access limits.
- Do not resell Madaar or present it as your own product.
- Do not use parent or student contact details from Madaar for anything other than that school’s work.
Plans And Fees
Paid plans, student limits, and prices are listed on the pricing page. Silver and Gold can be paid monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is offered at a discount shown on that page. Enterprise is priced per student per month. Fees are in Pakistani rupees unless we agree otherwise in writing.
A plan renews until the school cancels it. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the following charge. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where Pakistani law requires it. Taxes that apply to the school’s purchase are the school’s responsibility.
School Data And Our Product
The school keeps ownership of the records it puts into Madaar. We do not claim those records as our content. You give us permission to host, display, and process them only so we can provide the service, keep it secure, and meet the law.
Madaar, the site, the software, and our name and mark stay ours. We give the school a limited right to use the platform while its plan is active. That right ends when the account ends.
Availability
We work to keep Madaar available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and events outside our control can interrupt the service. Demos and the public website are provided as they are, without a service-level promise.
Liability
Madaar is a tool for the school office. The school remains responsible for its own decisions about admissions, attendance, grades, fees, and messages to families. To the extent Pakistani law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss that results from how a school uses the records it stores.
If we are liable in connection with a paid plan, that liability is limited to the fees the school paid to Madaar for the three months before the claim, unless the law does not allow that limit.
Ending The Service
A school may stop using Madaar and ask us to close its account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or creates a security risk. Where we can, we will tell the school first and give it a chance to export its records.
Law And Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, unless the law requires another forum.
Questions about these terms can go to [email protected], or by post to #440 Arslan Block, SA Garden, Lahore, Pakistan. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
